Andrea Lalama, a quien Facebook bloqueó su cuenta por publicar unas fotos en las que acusaba a empresas de productos transgénicos como Monsanto de ser la causante del autismo que padecen sus hijos, en declaraciones a RT dijo que en EE.UU. hay lobby.
«Monsanto tiene mucho dinero y ha hecho lobby al Gobierno de EE.UU. para pasar una ley que les proteja de todo, incluyendo que nadie pueda estudiar sus semillas y patentes», aseguró Lalama. «Los laboratorios se asustan cuando pido investigar» los productos de la mayor productora mundial de semillas transgénicas, agregó.
Anteriormente un estudio realizado por científicos franceses demostró cómo un grupo de animales alimentados con productos transgénicos de Monsanto desarrolló tumores con una elevada tasa de mortalidad. Pero Lalama sostiene que además hay un monopolio por parte de las transnacionales agrícolas.
Acusan a Monsanto de tener un lobby que influye en el Gobierno de EE.UU.
